Listed below, you will find our current residential rates and policies. The rates and policies are set by the Board of Directors and are incorporated into the corporation's tariff which is filed with the Texas Public Utility Commission. If you do not find the information you need, please contact our office and we will provide it for you.
The rates listed below will start with February 2023 usage.

Our water meters are read during the first week of every month. Bills are usually mailed out to the customers around the 14th of each month. A $10 late charge will be assessed after the 10th of each month. If you are past due, the past due information will be printed on your new bill with the date indicated on which you need to pay the past due amount in order to keep service on. Please contact our office for any additional information.
FAILURE TO RECEIVE A BILL WILL NOT RELIEVE THE OWNER(S) FROM THE CONSEQUENCES OF NON PAYMENT

Non-Standard Service Application
Anyone developing a piece of property, dividing property, requesting a second meter or needing a line extension to serve their property, must complete a Non-Standard Service Application. Read the "Notice to Developers" below. | The $1,500.00 investigation fee is used for engineering, administrative and investigation fees to determine the cost and the impact on the system. Engineer will give a probable cost estimate that is good for 10 days only, unless a non-standard contract is signed for large projects. |
